Already commissioned a piece? Want to use it commercially?
If you've commissioned original artwork from Eloise, that piece comes with personal-use rights. It's yours to love, hang, and treasure. But if you want to put it on products you sell, feature it in your business's marketing, or use it commercially in any way, that's a separate commercial license layered on top.
It's a quick conversation. Tell us what you commissioned and how you'd like to use it, and we'll scope the rights with you.

Want to license Eloise's existing art to use on your products?
If you're a brand, boutique, manufacturer, or maker who wants to feature The Elofina Edit's art on your own products. Apparel, paper goods, accessories, home, stationery, and beyond. We're open to the right creative match.
Every license is scoped to you: the products it covers, where you're selling, how long it runs. Non-exclusive is our happy default; if you need exclusivity, we'll talk. And every use gets a studio approval before it ships, because Eloise's name (and our giving-back promise) rides on it.

Licensing Terms Addendum
Notice, Acceptance & Unauthorized Use
All artwork, illustrations, characters, designs, graphics, product imagery, compositions, and other creative materials displayed, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise made available by The Elofina Edit LLC are proprietary works and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Accessing or viewing Elofina Edit artwork constitutes notice that the artwork is protected and that its use is subject to applicable copyright rights and the restrictions stated in these Terms.
No person may avoid these restrictions by obtaining our artwork indirectly, including through screenshots, photographs, screen recordings, cached files, social media posts, search-engine results, third-party listings, shared files, copied product images, scraped content, altered files, or AI-generated recreations.
By downloading, copying, saving, reproducing, tracing, scraping, extracting, transmitting, distributing, publishing, modifying, adapting, uploading, submitting to an artificial intelligence or machine learning system, incorporating into a dataset, using as an AI reference or conditioning image, commercially exploiting, or otherwise using any Elofina Edit artwork beyond ordinary personal viewing, you acknowledge these Terms and, to the extent a contractual license or permission applies, agree to be bound by them.
Possession of a copy, screenshot, photograph, download, reproduction, AI-generated recreation, derivative version, or other representation of our artwork does not establish ownership, authorship, permission, license rights, or authorization to use the underlying artwork.
Use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative technology, automated tracing, image-to-image systems, style-transfer systems, third-party contractors, or other technological intermediaries does not create an exception to these restrictions and does not convert unauthorized use into authorized or original use.
The Elofina Edit LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law. Unauthorized use may result in cease-and-desist demands, DMCA or platform takedown notices, removal requests, licensing or settlement demands, recovery of damages or profits where available, and legal proceedings where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any copyright, trademark, contractual, statutory, equitable, or other rights held by The Elofina Edit LLC.
