Art and Product Info
Who makes the art? There better not be AI slop...
Eloise does, babe. đ Her original illustrations are drawn by hand on her iPad, with her own ideas, time, and attention behind every piece. We do not use generative AI to create original Elofina Edit artwork.
What sets us apart is that on top of Eloise's digital art, she also occasionally hand paints ACEO's (along with other various canvas sizes) and crafts other things for her in-person events, shows, and festivals. Most items that are sold at these events are typically NOT available online as they are all custom made specifically for that event. We will, however, post about it and gather feedback from y'all to see if it's something we should transition to being sold online.
We will say that unfortunately due to AI and how oversaturated the digital art market is, you will see similar/duplicate pieces out there or even stolen artwork. It's an unfortunate truth and reality.
Think you've spotted someone using our artwork without permission? Send the link or a screenshot to support@elofinaedit.com so we can take a look.
Is there any AI anywhere in your shop?
Our original artwork is human created. That's the promise we can make.
The websites, editing tools, and outside platforms we use may include AI-powered features that are embedded in them, which is far beyond our control. Majority of apps and websites are deeply embedded in AI no matter what alternatives we try to use, it is truly unavoidable. So we can't honestly promise that every piece of technology behind the shop is entirely AI-free.
We also use licensed fonts, stock photography, or supporting design elements to keep things human. Those are separate from Eloise's original illustrations, and we make an effort to avoid AI-generated assets when sourcing them. It is unfortunate how hard it is becoming to detect AI-generated items as it continues to advance.
We do our best to filter out AI slop wherever it tries to sneak in, but we want to be transparent that those building blocks exist in the wider ecosystem beyond anyone's control. We aren't perfect, but we sure try to be.
Photos of Eloise and her family show real people. We also choose mockups featuring real human models. A mockup can digitally show our design on a product without being a photo of that exact finished item. That doesn't automatically classify it as AI because photo editing software existed prior to AI. Keep that in mind.
Questions about a particular image?
Email support@elofinaedit.com. We're happy to explain what you're looking at. đ
Does Eloise sell original paintings or handmade pieces, too?
Yes! The iPad gets a break sometimes.
Eloise may not be a jack of all trades, but she sure is a hoe of all hobbies. You never know what you'll see at our show. Maybe seashells, maybe some clay, maybe some paintings!
Many of those pieces are made specifically for an event and aren't available in the online shop. We'll share peeks on our socials, and your feedback helps us decide what might make its online debut to be sold online as well.
Who makes and ships the merchandise?
Eloise creates the original artwork, babe! đ Most physical merchandise in our online shop is professionally produced and shipped through Fourthwall and its fulfillment partners, often after you place your order.
Our Fine Art Prints are a little different! They're professionally printed to order by our fine art printing partner, Vivia Print, and shipped directly to your doorstep. Elofina Edit personally coordinates these print orders with Vivia, so you can come straight to us with any questions or concerns.
That means an illustrated shirt or fine art print is a reproduction of Eloise's actual artwork; it isn't individually drawn or painted on those items specifically by Eloise. Any original painting, handmade item, preorder, or digital download will be described in its listing so you know what you're getting.
What are the prints printed on?
Oh, babe. We did NOT come to play with flimsy poster paper! đ đ
Our Fine Art Prints are professionally reproduced by Vivia Print on luxurious Epson Hot Press Bright Fine Art Paper, a premium, heavyweight, 100% cotton rag paper with an ultra-smooth matte finish.
This beautiful, acid-free fine art paper features a bright white surface designed to showcase vibrant colors, rich blacks, and Eloise's delicate hand-drawn details. It's the good stuff, darling!
Here's the tea:
- Paper: Epson Hot Press Bright
- Weight: Listed by Vivia Print at 330 GSM
- Material: 100% cotton rag
- Finish: Ultra-smooth, non-glossy matte
- Printing: Professional giclÊe fine art reproduction
- Sizes: 5 Ã 7 inches and 8 Ã 10 inches
- Framing: Prints arrive unframed
A little TLC goes a long way! Handle prints with clean, dry hands, avoid direct sunlight and moisture, and consider framing with acid-free materials and UV-protective glass or acrylic.
And don't worry! While our online artwork previews may feature protective watermarks, your physical fine art print arrives completely watermark-free. đĻ
Need more details? Check the Size & Paper Information section on the product listing. Have something specific in mind? Email support@elofinaedit.com before purchasing. Custom sizes and finishes aren't guaranteed.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! An unavailable size or color may return when our production partners have it available again. Limited releases, seasonal drops, and one-of-a-kind pieces may have a different story.
Restocks aren't guaranteed, but you're welcome to ask about a favorite at support@elofinaedit.com. Follow our socials or join our email list for shop updates and future drops.
How do I pick the right size?
Babe, check the measurements, not just the letter on the label. Look for the product's size guide and any fit notes before ordering, because sizing can vary between styles.
Follow the chart's measuring instructions. If it shows garment measurements, compare them with a similar piece you already own and love. Want an oversized fit? Use those measurements to choose your extra room instead of automatically sizing up.
Most made-to-order items generally can't be returned or exchanged just because you prefer a different fit. If the wrong size was shipped, that's a different issue, please contact us. Any applicable statutory rights still apply.
Can't find the sizing information you need? Email support@elofinaedit.com before ordering.
Will the colors look exactly like my screen?
Not exactly babe, screens glow. Fabric and paper don't.
Screen settings, lighting, materials, garment color, and printing methods can all affect the finished result. The same artwork may look different on a shirt, print, or mug, and some colors can appear softer on fabric. Mock up photos aren't perfect and we try to make them as accurate as possible.
Our Fine Art Prints are produced on premium Epson Hot Press Bright paper to help preserve beautiful colors and artwork details. However, even professional giclÊe prints can look a little different from what you see on a backlit screen.
But a possible misprint or damaged item deserves a closer look!
For Fourthwall-fulfilled merchandise, email support@elofinaedit.com with your order number and clear photos within 30 days of delivery so we can help get the issue reviewed through Fourthwall's quality-claim process.
For Fine Art Prints fulfilled by Vivia Print, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering any printing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect artwork. Include your order number and clear photographs. We'll review the issue and coordinate directly with Vivia Print on your behalf. đ
How do I care for my apparel?
Before the tags get snipped, give those care instructions a read, babe. Take a quick photo so on laundry day, you don't have to guess. We personally recommend to wash your items on cold, inside out, and air dry to increase the life span of your clothes.
Follow the instructions for that specific item, including any product page guidance for the print or decoration. Materials and print methods vary, so one care routine won't suit everything.
Missing instructions or not sure what a symbol means?
Email support@elofinaedit.com with the product name or your order number before washing. We'll help you find the right guidance.
The Brand & Giving Back
Who is Elofina? What's the tea?
Elofina is a family history with a lot of personality. đ
The Elofina Edit is the art brand of Eloise: a Latina baker-turned-illustrator, disco lover, California girl, proud grandma, and the creative heart behind the brand.
The name blends Eloise + Josefina, honoring the grandmother who raised her. Two names, generations of love, and a whole lot of creative energy.
Want the full tea? Visit our About page for Eloise's story.
Is this really a family business?
It really is! Eloise brings the art, and the family helps bring the vision to life. From ideas and shop support to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things moving.
Even her kids and grandkids get in on the creativity. When one of their concepts becomes a product, they get credit for their contribution. Around here, inspiration can absolutely come from a family conversation.
How does Elofina give back?
Giving back matters to us. 𩷠We support causes close to our family, including autism acceptance, neurodiversity initiatives, and LGBTQ+ community programs, through donations, sponsorships, and community involvement.
When you shop with us, you're funding art and good in the world. đ
When we announce a purchase-linked fundraiser, we'll explain which organization benefits, how the donation is calculated, and when the campaign runs. We want you to understand exactly what that offer supports.
Have a question about a giving initiative? Email support@elofinaedit.com. We're happy to talk about it.
Why are these causes so close to your heart?
Because they're personal. đ
Eloise has autistic and neurodivergent grandchildren, and supporting them is part of her everyday life. She's even learned some sign language to connect with her nonspeaking grandchildren. That love shapes her interest in acceptance, accessibility, and meaningful community support.
LGBTQ+ people are part of our family and friendships, too. Eloise wants her loved ones and the wider community to have places where they're welcomed, supported, and free to be themselves.
These are people we love and communities we want to see thrive.
Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?
For the girls, the gays, and the glamorous, always. đ
We're an LGBTQ+ affirming, family-run brand, and everyone who treats others with respect is welcome here. Bring your personality, your pronouns, and your excellent taste in art.
Harassment, hate speech, and targeted bullying aren't welcome in the spaces we manage.
If you see something on our pages, please report it to the platform and let us know at support@elofinaedit.com. We may remove abusive content or block accounts as appropriate.
We would rather ban a bully from our business than to lose a loyal fan/customer. You don't have to engage with someone being cruel. Your boundaries matter, bestie. đ
Wholesale & Licensing
Do you do wholesale or bulk orders? I need your stuff for my business or event!
We'd love to hear what you're planning! đ A shop full of Elofina goodies? Wedding favors? A Pride event with personality? Tell us the vision.
Email wholesale@elofinaedit.com with the products you're interested in, approximate quantities, delivery location, and the date you need everything in hand. Let us know whether you're buying for resale, gifting, or an event, too.
Availability, minimum quantities, pricing, and production timelines depend on the products and project. We'll let you know what's possible and confirm any special terms in a quote or written agreement before moving forward.
Can I commission custom art?
Possibly, bestie! Commission availability depends on Eloise's schedule and the kind of project you have in mind.
Email commissions@elofinaedit.com with your idea, intended use, budget range, and preferred deadline. We'll let you know whether commissions are open and whether the project is a good fit.
If we take it on, we'll agree on the scope, price, timeline, revisions, and usage rights before work begins. Commissioning a piece doesn't automatically give you copyright ownership or permission to turn it into merchandise, tell us if commercial use is part of your plan.
Can I license the artwork for my business or products?
Let's talk! Eloise's original artwork is protected creative work, and buying a shirt, print, or digital download doesn't automatically give you permission to reproduce the design for your business.
Commercial use requires a separate written license unless the product's existing license expressly includes the rights you need. Digital downloads otherwise follow their stated personal-use terms.
Email licensing@elofinaedit.com with the artwork you're interested in, what you'd like to create, where it would be sold or used, and your estimated quantities and timeline.
Licensing availability, pricing, and permitted uses depend on the project. Please get the applicable permission in place before starting production.
Can I repost your art just to share the love?
Yes, bestie, we appreciate the love! đ You're welcome to share our public social posts for personal, noncommercial enjoyment. Using the platform's built-in share or repost tools is the easiest way to keep the original attached.
If you repost an image from one of those public posts, clearly credit The Elofina Edit, tag our account, and include a link to the original post. Keep the artwork and any signatures or watermarks intact, and never claim it as your own.
This sharing permission doesn't include redistributing purchased digital files, selling copies, making merchandise, or using our art in business advertising. Those uses need the appropriate separate permission; adding a credit doesn't grant extra rights.
Not sure whether your idea fits? Ask us at licensing@elofinaedit.com.
I think someone copied your artwork. What should I do?
Thanks for looking out for us, bestie. đ Send the link, account name, and any screenshots to support@elofinaedit.com so we can review it.
Please let us investigate before publicly accusing or confronting anyone. We'll handle any appropriate follow-up.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Most physical merchandise sold through the Elofina Edit online storefront is fulfilled through Fourthwall and its fulfillment partners. Our Fine Art Prints are professionally produced and shipped by our printing partner, Vivia Print. Elofina Edit does not personally pack and mail ordinary Fourthwall on-demand orders or Fine Art Prints.
1. Production Comes Before Shipping
Many products are made only after an order is placed. Production time and transit time are separate. For many Fourthwall on-demand products, production typically takes approximately 3â5 business days before shipment. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Our Fine Art Prints are individually printed to order through Vivia Print. Production and shipping times may differ from Fourthwall merchandise because we coordinate these orders separately with our printing partner.
2. Typical U.S. Delivery Timing
For many standard U.S. Fourthwall on-demand orders:
- production typically takes approximately 3â5 business days; and
- domestic transit commonly takes approximately 3â7 business days after production.
A typical Fourthwall order may therefore arrive approximately 6â12 business days after ordering, although actual timing varies.
For Fine Art Prints: Each print is professionally produced to order by Vivia Print before shipping. Our estimated processing and dispatch window is generally 3â7 days after ordering, followed by the applicable carrier's transit time. Actual timing may vary.
Because every print is made just for you, please remember that production and delivery are separate steps. We want your artwork arriving beautifully, not rushing through production! đ
3. International Delivery
International orders generally take longer. Fourthwall currently advises that international shipping may take approximately 2â4 weeks after production, depending on:
- destination;
- customs;
- shipping route;
- carrier;
- fulfillment location; and
- other circumstances.
International timelines are estimates.
Fine Art Prints: At this time, our Vivia Print Fine Art Prints are available for shipping to eligible addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not currently offered for these items.
4. Shipping Rates & Options
For Fourthwall-fulfilled products, shipping methods and rates are determined automatically based on factors such as:
- product;
- fulfillment partner;
- destination;
- quantity; and
- available carrier service.
Customers may see shipping speeds such as:
- Standard;
- Expedited; or
- Super Rush
when available for the applicable product. Not every product qualifies for every shipping speed.
đ FREE U.S. Shipping on Fine Art Prints!
A little extra love from Elofina! All eligible Fine Art Prints include FREE standard shipping within the United States! The cost of standard shipping is already included in the print's selling price, so there are no additional standard shipping charges for qualifying prints.
How do we choose your shipping carrier?
We believe every order deserves a little individual attention! Rather than choosing the same carrier for everyone, we thoughtfully review available shipping options based on your location, estimated transit times, reliability, service availability, and shipping costs.
Depending on your destination, your Fine Art Print may travel with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Our goal is to select a dependable, cost-effective shipping service that gets your artwork home safely.
Please note: Free standard shipping applies to eligible Fine Art Prints only. Other Elofina Edit merchandise fulfilled through Fourthwall or other partners may have separate shipping charges displayed at checkout.
Expedited shipping is not currently guaranteed for Fine Art Prints.
5. Production Time Still Applies to Expedited Shipping
A faster shipping method generally affects transportation time after fulfillment. It does not necessarily eliminate made-to-order production time.
For Fine Art Prints, our complimentary standard shipping service is selected individually for each order. Faster shipping methods may not be available, and selecting a faster carrier service does not mean your artwork can skip the printing process.
6. Multiple Packages
Items from one order may be fulfilled from different facilities. As a result, a single order may:
- ship in multiple packages;
- receive several tracking numbers;
- ship on different dates; or
- arrive on different days.
A partially delivered order does not necessarily mean that remaining items are missing.
For example, if you order a Fine Art Print and a shirt, your print may ship directly from Vivia Print while your shirt ships through Fourthwall. They may arrive separately, and that's completely normal!
Complimentary shipping on Fine Art Prints does not automatically cover shipping charges for other merchandise in the same order.
7. Tracking
Tracking information is generally provided once a shipment leaves the production or fulfillment facility. Some packages use more than one carrier. Tracking may temporarily stop updating during a carrier handoff. A tracking gap does not automatically mean the shipment is lost.
For Fine Art Prints, Elofina Edit coordinates directly with Vivia Print and provides tracking information when it becomes available. Your tracking will reflect whichever carrier is selected for your order.
Keep an eye on your shipping notifications, babe! Your artwork will be making its way home soon. đ
8. Preorders & Batch-Produced Products
Preorders and minimum-order products may require longer timelines because they are produced in batches. The product page should display the applicable estimated shipping window. Product-specific preorder timelines take priority over ordinary on-demand estimates.
9. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to:
- customs duties;
- import taxes;
- brokerage charges; or
- other government-imposed charges.
How those charges are collected depends on the shipping route. Some routes may collect duties at checkout. Other routes may require the customer to pay duties or import charges to the local customs authority or carrier upon arrival. Fourthwall may display customs information during checkout. Elofina Edit cannot predict every country's customs charges.
Our Vivia Print Fine Art Prints are currently available only for eligible U.S. delivery addresses, so international customs and import duties do not ordinarily apply to these print orders.
Please remember that free shipping does not necessarily mean tax-free. Any applicable sales taxes are calculated separately at checkout.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you discover an address error, act immediately using any order-edit or cancellation function Fourthwall makes available and/or contact: support@elofinaedit.com.
Once production or shipping begins, an address change may no longer be possible. Available remedies for shipments affected by an incorrect address depend on the applicable fulfillment partner's policies, carrier requirements, and law.
For Fine Art Prints: Elofina Edit coordinates shipping through Vivia Print. Our printing partner has authorized us to use its designated Pasadena, California return address while identifying The Elofina Edit LLC as the sender on shipping labels.
If your Fine Art Print cannot be delivered, it may be returned to Vivia Print's designated facility. Please contact us so we can review the situation and help determine the next steps.
Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is necessary because of incorrect or incomplete address information, where permitted by law.
Please do not mail any prints to the return address on your shipping label without contacting us first. Customer returns and delivery-related carrier returns are handled differently.
11. Package Marked Delivered but Missing
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package:
- Check your mailbox, porch, entryway, package locker, and surrounding delivery area.
- Check with household members.
- Check with neighbors, building staff, leasing office, or mailroom where appropriate.
- Allow 2 business days after the delivered scan, because carrier mis-scans sometimes correct themselves.
If it still has not appeared after that period, contact: support@elofinaedit.com.
Fourthwall manages applicable carrier investigations for Fourthwall-fulfilled orders.
For Fine Art Prints, Elofina Edit will review the concern and coordinate directly with Vivia Print or the shipping carrier, as appropriate. You won't need to contact our printing partner yourself!
If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, you're also welcome to contact us sooner so we can help determine what to do next.
12. Tracking Stops Updating
For a Fourthwall-fulfilled shipment that appears stalled, Fourthwall currently generally requires a waiting period before treating the package as lost:
- approximately 2 weeks for U.S. domestic orders; and
- approximately 3 weeks for international orders.
Contact us if your order remains missing after the applicable period.
For Fine Art Prints: These Fourthwall waiting periods do not automatically apply. If your Vivia Print shipment appears unusually delayed or tracking stops updating, contact support@elofinaedit.com with your order number. We'll review the tracking information and coordinate with Vivia Print or the carrier to investigate.
13. Delays Outside Reasonable Control
Delivery may be delayed because of:
- holidays;
- high-volume product launches;
- weather;
- natural disasters;
- customs;
- transportation disruptions;
- labor disruptions;
- carrier problems;
- production problems;
- address verification;
- governmental actions; or
- circumstances outside reasonable control.
Estimated dates should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
14. Questions About Shipping
Contact: support@elofinaedit.com. Please include your order number.
For Fine Art Print orders, Elofina Edit is your primary point of contact! We'll coordinate with Vivia Print or the selected carrier when necessary to help resolve shipping concerns.
Beautiful artwork deserves a beautiful arrival, and we're here to help make that happen. đđĻ
RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER ISSUES POLICY
Fourthwall is the seller of products purchased through the Elofina Edit Fourthwall storefront and administers applicable merchandise return, refund, cancellation, and replacement processes. Most merchandise is fulfilled through Fourthwall and its production partners. Our Fine Art Prints are separately produced and shipped through Vivia Print, with Elofina Edit coordinating print-specific order concerns. This policy explains what customers should expect. Nothing here limits any statutory consumer right.
1. Made-to-Order Merchandise
Most Fourthwall on-demand products and our Vivia Print Fine Art Prints are made specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, ordinary made-to-order merchandise is generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange solely because of buyer's remorse or sizing preference. Examples include:
- changing your mind;
- deciding you no longer want the item;
- ordering the wrong size;
- preferring another color;
- preferring another style; or
- ordering the wrong variant.
For Fine Art Prints, this generally means we cannot accept voluntary returns, exchanges, or cancellations for changes of mind once production has begun.
Please review your order carefully before checkout. Any applicable statutory consumer rights still apply.
2. Cancellation Windows
Fourthwall controls available cancellation windows. Its standard customer cancellation windows currently include:
- On-demand products: 1 hour after ordering
- Fourthwall-warehoused products: 2 hours
- Preorder campaigns: 1 day
- Self-fulfilled products, including Fine Art Prints: 1 hour after ordering
- Digital products: up to 30 days if the file has not been downloaded
Fourthwall may change these windows. If Fourthwall's checkout, order-management interface, Merchandise Terms, or current policies display a different applicable window, Fourthwall's current process controls.
For Fine Art Prints: We coordinate production directly with Vivia Print. If you need to cancel or correct an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@elofinaedit.com. Once production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Any applicable statutory cancellation rights still apply.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives:
- damaged;
- materially defective;
- misprinted;
- with a verified production problem;
- as the wrong item; or
- in the wrong size due to fulfillment error,
For Fourthwall-fulfilled merchandise, please use the ORDER SUPPORT link at the top of this page. If you still need further assistance, contact support@elofinaedit.com within 30 days of delivery, or within any longer period required by law. Include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photographs of the product; and
- photographs of packaging when relevant.
Photographs are required for Fourthwall quality claims. Fourthwall and the applicable production partner review qualifying claims.
Fine Art Prints: Damages, Returns & Replacements
Our Fine Art Prints are specially made to order through our professional printing partner, Vivia Print. Because each print is produced specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for changes of mind once production has begun.
However, if your print arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a printing issue, we've got you covered! đ
Here's how the process works:
- Contact us first! Email support@elofinaedit.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.
- Send us the details. Include your Elofina Edit order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected print. If your package arrived damaged, please include photos of the packaging as well.
- We'll handle the claim! Our team will review your information and submit the appropriate claim directly to Vivia Print through their official issue-reporting process. You won't need to contact the printer yourself!
- We'll keep you updated! Vivia Print generally reviews shipping damage reports within one business day of submission. Additional investigation or processing may take longer.
- We'll work toward a resolution! Depending on the issue and the results of the review, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement print, refund, or another applicable remedy.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Please keep your original print and packaging until your claim has been resolved or we've provided further instructions.
- Do not mail your print back without contacting us first.
- Minor differences between screen colors and physical prints can occur and are not necessarily printing defects.
- Refunds and replacements are evaluated based on the circumstances of the issue and applicable consumer protection laws.
What about the return address on my package?
Vivia Print has authorized us to use its Pasadena, California facility as the sender and return address for Fine Art Print shipments, with The Elofina Edit LLC appearing as the sender on the shipping label.
This address is used for shipping and applicable carrier returns. It is not an open customer returns location. Please do not send merchandise directly to that address unless you have received appropriate return instructions from Elofina Edit or through an authorized Fourthwall return process.
If your package is undeliverable and returned to our printing partner, please contact us so we can review the situation and coordinate the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses, where legally permitted.
Your happiness matters to us! đ We want your Elofina artwork to arrive looking fabulous, and if something goes wrong along the way, we'll help you get it sorted.
For all Fine Art Print order concerns, please contact support@elofinaedit.com.
4. Wrong Size Ordered vs. Wrong Size Shipped
These situations are different. If you ordered a Medium and received the Medium you ordered but later prefer a Large, that is a sizing-preference change and is generally not eligible for exchange. If you ordered a Medium and the fulfillment partner shipped a Large, that may qualify as a fulfillment error. Provide a photo clearly showing the size label.
The same applies to our Fine Art Prints! If you order a 5 Ã 7 print and receive an 8 Ã 10, or vice versa, please contact us with your order number and photographs showing the incorrect dimensions. We'll coordinate with Vivia Print to review the issue.
Ordering one print size and later deciding you'd prefer another is generally considered a preference change rather than a fulfillment error, subject to applicable consumer rights.
5. Print & Color Variations
Not every visual difference is a defect. Physical printing may naturally differ from digital mockups because of:
- fabric;
- material;
- print method;
- garment color;
- screen calibration;
- ink behavior;
- lighting; or
- production tolerances.
Minor expected variation does not necessarily qualify as a production defect.
Our Fine Art Prints are professionally produced on Epson Hot Press Bright Fine Art Paper, featuring a smooth matte finish. Because screens emit light and paper reflects it, the colors of your physical artwork may appear slightly different from those displayed on your device.
However, incorrect artwork, significant printing errors, damage, or other production defects deserve a closer look! Contact us with your order number and clear photographs so we can investigate. đ
6. Missing Packages
For Fourthwall-fulfilled packages that stop moving, standard lost-package claim procedures generally require:
- approximately 2 weeks without tracking movement for domestic U.S. shipments; and
- approximately 3 weeks without tracking movement for international shipments.
Contact support@elofinaedit.com with your order number if your package appears missing or substantially delayed. You may report a concern before the applicable claim waiting period has passed.
For Fine Art Prints: These Fourthwall waiting periods do not automatically apply to Vivia Print orders. If your print shipment appears lost or tracking stops updating, contact Elofina Edit. We'll review the tracking information and coordinate directly with Vivia Print or the selected shipping carrier.
7. Marked Delivered but Not Received
Wait 2 business days after a delivered scan while checking:
- your property;
- mailbox;
- neighbors;
- front desk;
- mailroom;
- package lockers; and
- household members.
If still missing, contact us via order support. Fourthwall handles applicable carrier investigations for Fourthwall-fulfilled shipments.
For Fine Art Prints: Contact support@elofinaedit.com with your order number and tracking details. We'll review your concerns and coordinate with Vivia Print or the applicable carrier to determine the next steps.
If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, you're welcome to contact us sooner rather than waiting the full 2 business days.
8. Incomplete Orders
Before reporting an item missing, check whether the order was divided into separate shipments. If all applicable shipment information shows completed delivery and an item remains missing, contact order support with your order number.
Fine Art Prints are fulfilled separately through Vivia Print, so an order containing a print and other Fourthwall merchandise may arrive in multiple packages, with separate tracking numbers and delivery dates.
9. Digital Products
Digital Product cancellation and refund rights may differ from those for physical merchandise. Fourthwall currently permits cancellation of certain Digital Products within its applicable window if the file has not been downloaded. Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, cancellation or refund availability may be limited, subject to applicable law. Any statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
10. Preorders
Preorders may have separate cancellation and production rules. Review all preorder disclosures before purchase.
11. Wholesale, Bulk, Custom & Commissioned Orders
Direct wholesale, bulk, custom, or commissioned transactions may be governed by separate written terms and may be final sale when expressly disclosed and legally permitted. Those transactions are not automatically subject to the ordinary Fourthwall made-to-order policy unless processed as Fourthwall Product Orders.
12. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks
We understand that legitimate disputes and payment problems occur. However, Elofina Edit may document and respond to suspected fraud, including:
- intentionally false claims;
- fabricated damage claims;
- repeated abusive refund requests;
- unauthorized payment use;
- fraudulent chargebacks; or
- manipulation of customer-service processes.
Where permitted by law, abusive conduct may result in refusal of future direct Elofina services or other appropriate action. This provision does not restrict a customer's right to make a good-faith chargeback, consumer complaint, or legal claim.
13. EU, EEA, UK & Other Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy eliminates any:
- withdrawal right;
- cancellation right;
- return right;
- refund right;
- statutory warranty;
- consumer guarantee; or
- other mandatory protection
that applicable law requires. Fourthwall may provide consumer-rights functionality directly through checkout, order management, or another part of the Fourthwall platform. That functionality controls where required by law.
14. Contact
For Fourthwall merchandise order problems, please use the ORDER SUPPORT link on this page. For additional assistance, contact support@elofinaedit.com.
For Fine Art Print concerns, contact Elofina Edit directly at the email address above. We'll coordinate with Vivia Print on your behalf when appropriate.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may also be requested when necessary.
